Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sparrow Freight and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
