Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Rowan Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tulsa. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
