Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Cross Foods Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
