Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Quarry Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Spokane area, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
