Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Spokane. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for fleet maintenance. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
