Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Labs prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Spokane plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
