Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Nova Iron Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Spokane, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 952 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
