Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Amber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Spokane, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for safety records. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
