Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Cedar Maple Manufacturing makes precision components in Spokane. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
