Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Spokane, WA)

Bright Keystone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Spokane. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
