Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Corner Construction Holdings is a Savannah contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for change orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
