Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Keystone Freight is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
