Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Wren Environmental Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
