Lumen Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
