Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Kestrel Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
