Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Bright Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around San Diego, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for project schedules. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
