Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Wren Foods Group is a San Diego food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
