Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Fox Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
