Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Timber Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around San Antonio, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for safety records. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
