Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Vale Manufacturing Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for production lines. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
