Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Clear Farms and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
