Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (San Antonio, TX)

Highbridge Beacon Markets Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Knowledge of freight terms.
