Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Salt Lake City, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
