Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Amber Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Salt Lake City region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
