Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bright Quill Foods is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
