Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Richmond, VA)

Highbridge Keystone Environmental Services Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
