Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Vale Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
