Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Hollow Farms is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for harvest schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
