Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Cedar Kestrel Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charlotte. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
