Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Union Foods is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
