Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Bluepeak Kestrel Manufacturing makes precision components in Jackson. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
