Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Forge Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
