Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Rook Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Cleveland region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
