Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Loom Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Nashville, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for permits. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
