Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Nest Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
