Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Loom Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
