Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Beacon Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Reno. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for safety records. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
