Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Cross Foods Group is a Colorado Springs food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer specifications. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
