Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Basin Foods is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
