Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Sparrow Freight and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for proof of delivery. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
