Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
