Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Drift Freight and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for dock schedules. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
