Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Rook Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Detroit, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
