Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Foxglove Forge Inspection Services is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for certifications. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
