Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Glen Foods Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
