Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Silverline Birch Freight Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
