Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Rook Markets is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
