Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
