Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Greenridge West Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Jacksonville, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
