Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Freight is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
